The manufacturing processes include the latest technologies for CNC spline and profile grinding and also wire EDM.

Heat Treat Department		Heat Treat Department Our own vacuum heat-treating equipment enables us to control the entire process to ensure the longest possible die life.

Coordinate Measuring		Quality management At Profiroll, our Quality management assures the highest quality of our products and is guaranteed by continual in-process checks and a final check on the dies. Checks using a Coordinate Measuring Machine, contour measuring and profile projection document your die parameters.

Service vehicle		Service Pick up and delivery of the dies is available with our service vehicles. Experienced process engineers are available for support and to answer any questions about the rolling process.
