PROFIROLL’S extensive experience had spanned over 10 years in Spline Technology utilizing circular dies, when we applied the acquired know-how and expertise to develop a modern, State of the Art, CNC controlled Rack Die Spline Rolling Machine, “ROLLRAPID”. In tandem to this development, we invested into the latest die manufacturing technology, with the addition of a new, high efficiency and quality CNC Grinding Center for rack dies, to our Die Manufacturing Facility.

Our manufacturing workforce consists of highly experienced specialists, who diligently monitor production and quality to extreme levels while maintaining on-time deliveries. Based on 100% control of the entire process and our vast experience, Profiroll Engineers advise and support customers in design, technology and application details. We provide and control the critical heat-treating process and supervise vital rack die parameters, using 3D measuring technology. We can also facilitate the Test Rolling of finished Rack Dies, on site.
