The ROLLRAPID - Advantages from 2 worlds - spline rolling with rack dies. The PROFIROLL engineers developed the ROLLRAPID containing a symbiosis of experiences in CNC controlled rolling on the ROLLEX machines and the usability of rack dies. For the first time it's possible to use rack dies and influence the rolling process by the modification of machine parameters.
