After years of development and large investments Profiroll created two machine series for rolling of internal splines. The challange of this process is the prediction of how the material will behave because smallest defects in microstructure can compromise a stable process.
The ROLLIN - is the lately developed, innovative spline rolling machine for rolling of internal profiles, straight and helical splines on cup- or ring-shaped parts. The main difference between the ROLLIN und usual spline rolling machines for internal profiles are the unique process kinematics and the special process management. The standard application are hollow rings with workpiece diameter from 100mm to 200mm.

As all other PROFIROLL machine systems the PRI 120 CNC/AC is founded on the huge amount of experience in production and application of precise CNC/AC controls and the highest rigidity. The CNC based rolling process in connection with the integrated workpiece handling leads to shortest cycle times.
